What products do you offer?

Our range covers paper cups, paper bowls, PP containers, bagasse tableware, PLA cups, paper straws, and paper bags, with a full line of eco-friendly options.

Are these eco-friendly ? e.g. compostable ? - unlike styrofoam.

Yes! They are made of food grade paper material and can be recycled.

Do these cups have lids ?

No lids. Excellent cups. You can use other lids from similar size cups, or you can buy from us directly.

Is it leakproof ?

No, it won’t. Our material is of high quality, every product is checked carefully by professional people before packing.

Is It Microwave Safe ?

We do not recommend using it in microwave ovens.

Are these biodegradable/compostable or do they have a plastic lining? Thanks!

Yes! Standard polyethylene (PE) or PLA lining coating for waterproofing, completely biodegradable, compostable!

Would these stand up to hot chili bar buffet ?

Yes, we did pulled pork in these and help up great.

Would these bowls work for a mac and cheese bar and nacho bar ?

 Yes. We used them for wedding soup at our wedding with no problem.

Is it strong enough to hold hot hot noodle soup ?

Yes. if you need to carry or move as from a serving line to a table.

re-usable? / washable ?

It’s disposable.

Are these good to freeze broth and stock ?

Yes excellent She freezes soup all the Time.

I want to store bread in bags, should I use these or are plain paper bags better ?

It all depends for how long you wish to store the bread .neither bag allows the bread to breathe so bread will go stale quite quickly.

Are these any good for storing cheese ?

I should think so, they are lined with a nonstick interior and have a strong seal that should keep the cheese fresh, if stored under the right conditions temperature wise. Can’t say if it would prevent a strong smell completely but I think it would go a long way to eliminating it when the seal is fully closed.

Are the bags 100% recyclable ?

Yes, I use these Bags as recyclable, to dispose of shredded paper.

Can you use these plates when cutting steak or do the plates get cut up ?

They are paper, very sturdy for holding steak but yes will cut and get soggy after a while if holding something really wet.

Are they heat proof ?

This product is intended for use in holding and serving cold beverages.

Would a sticker stick to these ?

We would not recommend placing a sticker on this product. If condensation develops the sticker would not adhere.

Are they completely clear or just translucent ?

Slightly translucent, nearly clear.

Are these recyclable ?

Yes, these cups are made from food grade Polypropylene (PP), a recyclable thermoplastic polymer material.

Are these cups biodegradable ?

No, but they are recyclable.

Are disposable plastics good for the environment ?

In general no, however these cups unlike many others in the market are Recyclable and dishwasher safe! I try them myself 🙂
My recommendation to reduce the impact to the environment is use them as many times as possible and then recycle them.

Can I have a custom designed and mock up sample ?

Of course, just free to contact with us for more detailed info.

What surface handling you can support ?

We can provide screen printing ,hot stamping, frost, electroplated, label printing etc .
As to printing color: Color can be made according to PANTONE color number .

How is package ? May I have custom package ?

Custom package is no problem, just tell us your certain requirement, then we can arrange accordingly.

  • Ordering & Samples

Sample free or need to pay?

Samples free and freight cost should be undertaken by the buyer.

Freight collect account such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, thanks for telling us in advance, otherwise, prepaid to us will be more valuable.

What is MOQ?

Ready design: Please follow the information which showed on our shop.
Custom design: Depend on the design and negotiated.

What’s the order process ?

Custom Design–Making custom mould/logo/package first.
Samples–Making samples for you check.
Confirm Order- Signing sales contract after samples confirmed.
Deposit– 30% deposit before mass production.
Production arranged–we will process the production.
Remaining payment–after inspection, balance before shipment.
Shipping–we will ship the goods to destination port.
Confirm bill of loading/commercial invoice/packing list/certificate of origin.
After sales service.

  • Shipping & Lead Times

Shipping terms

Mostly: FOB – Free on Board (named port of shipment)
Seldom: CIF – Cost, Insurance & Freight (named port of destination)

Shipping Method

Samples: Express such as FedEx, DHL, TNT,UPS.(Convenient and efficient)
Urgent Demand: Air shipment. (Fast)
Bulk quantity: Sea shipment.(Cost-effective)

How long is your delivery time ?

Stock items can be shipped to the port within 7 days. Bulk orders typically take 25–35 days. Samples are delivered by air within 3–5 working days.

What is the lead time of production ?

a. For samples，3-5 days working days door to door by air.
b. For stocks, within 7days can be shipped to loading port.
c. For mass production, it takes 25-35days for production. More 7-10days if custom design needed.

Do you have a price list ?

We are a professional supplier of food packaging products. All of our products are made according to different weights and different artwork or decoration requirements. We don’t have a price list.

What other services do you have ?

We provide our customers one-stop station solutions in custom design, packing and accessories if needed.

  • Payment

What are your terms of payment ?

T/T payment terms normally, ≦USD100000, 30% of order amount should be received before production. Balance should be before delivery.
